Who are we looking for?

Basic requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in end-user support or technical IT support
• Experience working with ticketing systems
• Good habits in systematic troubleshooting in complex IT environments
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Willingness and ability to work shift hours

We are looking for someone with a background in IT support, IT operations, or technical management, preferably from environments with high demands for availability and stability. You are used to working in a structured manner, following established processes, while also being able to act quickly when the situation requires it.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Infrastructure and server environments (Windows and Linux)
• Basic knowledge of networks
• Experience with databases and storage
• Good documentation skills.

In addition to your technical skills, you are a person with a strong support heart. You thrive in a team, are communicative, and find it easy to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and motivated by working in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same as the other.

Desirable experiences:

• Incident management
• Monitoring and operation of ERP systems
• Knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, SCCM, ITIL, and ServiceNow
• Experience with systems such as IFS, BizTalk, and Print/Labelprint.

What does the role entail?

As a consultant in Factory Support, you will be responsible for ensuring a stable and well-functioning IT environment for factories in operation around the clock. You will work proactively with system monitoring, manage incidents, and contribute to quick problem resolution during operational disruptions. The role involves close collaboration with factories, external suppliers, and internal stakeholders, where clear communication and coordination are crucial.

You will be an important part of the operational IT delivery and are expected to contribute both technical expertise and a professional approach in all contacts.

Your tasks will include:

• Monitoring IT environments and business-critical systems
• Incident management and troubleshooting in complex operational environments
• Coordination between factories, suppliers, and internal functions
• Documentation of cases, solutions, and working methods.

The assignment is a consulting position starting from 2026-03-01 to 2026-12-31, with a possibility of extension.
