About the Position

We are currently looking for a service-oriented and responsible onsite technician for an assignment with our global client in Linköping.

In this role, you will be an important part of an organization that works for a safer and more secure society, and you will contribute by creating a smooth and functional IT environment for the people on site.

As an onsite technician, you will be part of the local IT team and work closely with users in their daily tasks. You will assist with everything from computers and printers to conference rooms and technical support – always with a focus on service, solutions, and a professional approach.

The work takes place on-site at the client in Linköping, which means you need to have a B driver's license and be flexible for any short business trips.

The client is a leading company in security-critical areas where quality, responsibility, and collaboration are at the center. This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by us at Cleverex Bemanning. There may be an opportunity for extension.

Job Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support to users (e.g., computers, printers, and conference rooms)
Install and deliver computers, phones, and accessories
Document cases and create clear, user-friendly instructions
Work with troubleshooting and manage disruptions in a structured manner
Be a reliable support for colleagues and end-users with a focus on accessibility, service, and quality

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Has completed secondary education, preferably with a technical focus
Has a B driver's license
Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
Has experience in a service role
Has a clear interest in technology

Meritorious

Has experience in IT support and documentation in case management systems
Experience from larger organizations with complex IT environments

This position requires you to be approved in a security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
