ABOUT THE POSITION

Samhall is one of Sweden's largest companies and a unique social actor with a clear mission: to create meaningful work for people with disabilities. With over 26,000 employees across the country, Samhall is one of Sweden's largest employers and an important part of the labor market. In this role, you will be part of Samhall's technology development unit, which belongs to the department for strategy, services, and technology. You will have a cross-functional role in a unit with about 40 competent and technically interested colleagues. In the technology development unit, scrummasters, system administrators, developers, and IT architects work closely together.

As a Developer, you play an important role in developing and managing solutions that support several internal operations, such as sales, marketing, HR, and payroll. You will work in a team of six developers who collaborate closely to create efficient and sustainable system integrations. To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who is driven, engaged, and structured, with a strong technical interest and a desire to promote innovation and contribute ideas.

Initially, the position is offered as a consulting assignment through Academic Work, with the goal of transitioning to a direct employment with Samhall after six months.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

The work involves developing and managing support systems for all internal processes, with a broad responsibility for integrations.

• Develop and manage the integration platform in Microsoft Azure with Logic Apps, Function Apps, and API Management.
• Build and consume robust APIs in C#/.NET, both internally and externally.
• Work with full-stack development with a focus on backend.
• Participate in third-line support with troubleshooting and further development of integrations.
• Automate and improve development flows through CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has experience as a developer and building and consuming APIs (REST, JSON)
• Has good knowledge of C#/.NET, Microsoft Azure, and SQL.
• Is accustomed to working agile.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing as the tasks require this.
• Has a solid interest in AI and wants to challenge old working methods.

It is a merit if you have:

• Experience in system integration in a larger organization
• Understanding of security and authentication in cloud solutions (OAuth2, Managed Identity, etc.)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
• Worked with AI solutions, such as AI-copilot or experience with MCP servers.
