Comrod Mission Systems is in an expansive phase and is now looking for a Test Manager for its team in Linköping. With several new projects and increased delivery demands, there is a clear need to strengthen and further develop the testing operations. In this role, you will have a central position in the organization and overall responsibility for the quality of the company's products – systems used by mission-critical operations internationally.

About the role
As a Test Manager at Comrod Mission Systems, you will be responsible for establishing and further developing the company's testing operations. You will set the structure for how testing is conducted, both strategically and operationally, develop testing processes and frameworks, and plan and follow up on testing activities. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the development team, which you support in testing and quality issues, while also collaborating with management to ensure high quality throughout the development cycle.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of work experience in software testing
• Experience in testing complex systems
• Good knowledge of various testing methodologies, frameworks, and processes
• Strong proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
