As a service technician at Smartify, your task will be to help individuals and businesses get their digital technology in order. You will travel in a service vehicle and carry out assignments in customers' homes and at businesses. We offer you an independent and varied job with opportunities for development and personal responsibility.

Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of smart technology in private homes and businesses in the following areas:

• Computers and peripherals

• Networks and networking equipment

• TV and audio systems, including picture optimization and wall mounting

• Activation and configuration of broadband services in households, such as routers, Wi-Fi networks, TV equipment, and broadband telephony

• Installation of cabling and wiring for new broadband outlets

• Digital locks & alarms

• Sales, installation, and configuration of software and hardware

What are we looking for in you?

• You are a social person who enjoys meeting new people. You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and like to work independently with personal responsibility.

• An interest/aptitude for handyman work is beneficial, as one of the many services we offer is mounting TVs on walls and 5G antennas.

• You have a broad technical competence, are a true technology enthusiast, practically inclined, and love to learn new things.

• You easily understand people's problems and can explain technical solutions in an educational way.

• You have experience in configuring consumer electronics, such as routers, printers, computers, streaming boxes, and audio systems.

• You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

• You have a manual B driver's license, as you will be traveling in a service vehicle.

• If you also have education in IT/networking or similar, it is an advantage.

What can we offer you?

As a service technician at Smartify, you will be part of the effort to make Sweden smarter by making the latest digital developments accessible to everyone. You will have access to various tools to efficiently receive and report your assignments directly in the field.

We also ensure that you have access to a vehicle as well as tools, work clothes, and instruments. Before you head out into the field as a Smartify technician, you will undergo internal training, where you will learn what you need. Several training sessions will be held continuously to promote knowledge development.

We offer an independent, varied, and developing full-time job, starting with a six-month probationary period. Salary according to agreement and the start date for the position is as soon as possible.
