As an IT Support Technician, you will become an important part of the IT organization and the daily support of the business. You help users solve technical challenges, contribute to stable operations, and actively work to create a positive user experience.
This role is suitable for you who enjoy troubleshooting, analyzing, and finding long-term solutions. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to broaden your technical competence by working with various systems, platforms, and infrastructure components.
About the role
As a Second Line Support Technician, you are responsible for handling and resolving more complex support cases. You work closely with users, colleagues, and other IT functions to ensure that incidents and problems are handled efficiently and with high quality.
You will work in a broad IT environment where you handle everything from client management and user administration to Microsoft-related solutions, networks, servers, and cloud services. The role also involves documentation, improvement initiatives, and technical development to strengthen the organization's IT support over time.
Examples of tasks
- Handle and resolve incoming support cases and incidents.
- Troubleshoot issues within clients, applications, networks, and Microsoft environments.
- Install, configure, and support computers, mobile phones, printers, and other peripheral equipment.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and groups in systems such as Active Directory.
- Support users in connection with meeting room and conference technology.
- Document solutions, routines, and knowledge articles in the case management system.
- Collaborate with operations, infrastructure, and specialist teams for more complex cases.
- Participate in improvement work, incident management, and the development of support processes.
Who we are looking for
To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience in IT support, service desk, or user support and feel comfortable troubleshooting in Windows and Microsoft environments. You are accustomed to working in case management systems and understand the importance of good documentation and structured working methods.
We also believe that you thrive in a user-facing role where service, communication, and problem-solving are central parts of everyday life.

- Have experience in IT support.
- Are accustomed to working in case management systems and documenting solutions.
- Have a good understanding of Windows and Microsoft environments.
- Are solution-oriented and have a structured working method.
- Enjoy user contact and have a strong service focus.
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
