We are now looking for an IT Technician who wants to take significant responsibility for the local IT environment and ensure that users, workstations, and technical equipment function smoothly in everyday life!
Here you will have a varied role where you work hands-on with installations, rollouts, troubleshooting, and support of the business's IT equipment. You will become an important part of the daily IT delivery and a natural point of contact for users out in the business!
Help create a modern and well-functioning IT workplace
As an IT Technician, you are responsible for ensuring that users' technical working environment maintains high quality and functions efficiently. You work close to the business and ensure that computers, mobile phones, printers, conference rooms, and other IT equipment are correctly installed, updated, and ready for use!
This role suits you if you enjoy practical IT work, have a strong interest in technology, and like solving problems directly with users. You will become part of a team working to create a stable, secure, and user-friendly IT environment while driving improvements and developing ways of working over time.
About the role
As an IT Technician, you work broadly with the local IT environment and are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of clients and peripheral equipment. You handle both daily user needs and larger rollouts and lifecycle management of IT equipment.
You will work with modern Microsoft environments and interact with technologies and platforms such as Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Azure. The role also involves close collaboration with support, operations, and infrastructure functions to ensure a stable and well-functioning IT environment.
Examples of tasks
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile phones, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Responsible for the technical equipment at workstations and ensure it meets business needs.
- Handle user onboarding and offboarding, including ordering, installation, and retrieval of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to clients, peripheral equipment, and local IT environments.
- Work with conference rooms, AV equipment, and meeting room technology.
- Participate in rollouts, upgrades, and lifecycle management of client equipment.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and client-related services.
- Participate in office moves, setups, and other changes in the physical IT environment.
- Inventorize, document, and manage IT assets and inventory.
- Collaborate with other IT functions to ensure stable and efficient IT delivery.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who have experience in a role as an IT Technician, Onsite Support Technician, or similar. You have a good understanding of client environments and enjoy working close to the business where technology and service go hand in hand.
You are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where you get to take responsibility and drive your work forward. At the same time, you are a team player who appreciates collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues.
We believe you:
- Have experience in onsite support, IT support, or a similar technical role.
- Have good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft-based client environments.
- Have experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computers and peripheral equipment.
- Are accustomed to working in case management systems and documenting your work.
- Have a structured approach and a good sense of service.
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
