We are looking for a senior Software Engineer with a focus on Computer Vision to join a technically leading environment within automotive. You will be part of a team that develops advanced computer vision and machine learning solutions for active safety features and ADAS.

The role combines algorithm development with production-oriented software development, where ideas are transformed into robust and efficient code that runs on vehicle platforms. You will work in a cross-functional context close to both research and product development, contributing to features used by global automotive customers.

• Design, implement, and optimize computer vision and ML algorithms for active safety features
• Develop robust and production-ready software in Python and C/C++
• Collaborate with algorithm, system, and verification engineers to take features from concept to production
• Drive technical workflows and contribute to architecture and design decisions
• Be a technical role model and support less experienced colleagues
• Contribute to the improvement of tools, workflows, and development processes

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in software development
• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, or equivalent
• Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++
• Experience with modern development methods, such as code reviews, testing, and CI
• Ability to work independently and take technical responsibility

• Experience in developing Computer Vision and/or Machine Learning
• Knowledge of CNNs, Transformer networks, and temporal/sequence-based models
• Experience with PyTorch or similar deep learning frameworks
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Git, and GitHub
• Experience from the automotive industry or other safety-critical domains
• Previous experience in technical leadership, mentorship, or team-driving roles
