Job Description

In the role of IT Technician, your main task will be to make everyday life easier for employees by providing fast and effective support. You will work broadly with varying tasks - from network management and IT security to installations and troubleshooting.

The work is done both independently and together with colleagues, where we help each other find innovative and smooth solutions. Your area of responsibility is broad and includes account management in Active Directory, administration in Exchange, installation and configuration of computers, mobile management via MDM, and documentation of routines and instructions. Additionally, case management in the ticketing system and support via phone, digital channels, and in-person meetings are included.

We hope you have:

• A higher education in IT and at least 2 years of experience as an IT technician or equivalent
• Knowledge of ticketing systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security
• Skills in Microsoft Office or equivalent
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A driver's license
