Candor is a leading supplier of specialty chemicals, metals, and equipment for the surface treatment, manufacturing, anodizing, coating, and electronics industries. The company develops and manufactures facilities for continuous surface treatment of wire and strip, conventional dip plants, and water treatment systems. With headquarters and production in Norrköping, subsidiaries in all Nordic countries, and a strong network of agents in Europe, Asia, and the USA, Candor has a global presence. In Sweden, 36 employees work, and a total of 48 within the group. Many employees have been with the company for a long time, which has built up a significant internal knowledge base. As a project manager at Candor, you will be part of an experienced team of project managers and designers. You will be responsible for projects from the quotation stage to commissioning, ensuring high quality and efficient execution. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a project manager, you are involved in the entire process – from planning, concept design, and analysis to project management, construction, implementation, and commissioning. The role involves producing documentation and 3D CAD drawings, as well as being responsible for your own projects and driving them towards set goals. The work is done in close collaboration with the company's sales organization, and you will be part of a team consisting of designers, project managers, assemblers, and technicians.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a civil or university engineering degree in a relevant field. Alternatively, acquired knowledge through professional experience.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Likes to create structure and order. To thrive in the role, you should dare to be proactive and challenging, as well as motivate your colleagues.
• Has a B driver's license.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Knowledge of 3D CAD is a merit.
• Experience in project work.
