We are now looking for a Scrum Master for one of our agile teams in maritime and aviation in Norrköping.
About the Job
We are currently seeking a Scrum Master with a background in agile development for one of our agile delivery teams within the maritime and aviation product area. The maritime and aviation area currently consists of system developers, UX designers, requirements analysts, testers, product specialists, and product owners. Together, we are responsible for transforming the organization's needs into solutions that facilitate daily work and are sustainable over time.
We are in an expansive phase where you will encounter several exciting development initiatives originating from legislation at both the national and international levels. This may include both management and new development of internal and external IT systems with various integrations, payment solutions, and security solutions. You will be part of a competence network with the opportunity to develop your and others' skills and take on various responsibility roles.

You Will
As a Scrum Master, you will prepare and facilitate agile meetings and manage the results of those meetings. You will work with change management and support the team in achieving set goals and commitments, developing with the right quality according to the agreed working methods and at a sustainable pace. You assist the team in identifying obstacles that arise for the team, and together with other team members, other Scrum Masters, or representatives of the organization, you help to clear these away. You will work closely with the Product Owner, and together you will plan sprints based on the team's backlog.
You Must Have
- a university degree in IT or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way
- work experience as a Scrum Master
- work experience in organizing/leads meetings and other activities and supporting your team
- knowledge of Scrum, as well as agile values and principles through your previous experiences
- good knowledge of Swedish and English.
It Is Meritorious If You Also Have
- experience in driving change management
- certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., PSM, CSM, or equivalent)
- experience with Azure DevOps Server
- experience with AspNet Core
- work experience in system development with a focus on C#/.NET

More Information
The employment is permanent with placement in Norrköping. Start date by agreement.
We normally apply a probationary period. As an employee with us, there is the possibility to work remotely up to three days a week. It is the needs of the business and the nature of the tasks that determine whether and to what extent this is possible. Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
