About Us

Engineering Management within the Gripen business unit works to further develop the Gripen system, which encompasses everything from aircraft, support and training systems to maintenance systems. We are responsible for ensuring that functional development is balanced across the Gripen system's products so that we deliver a mature and usable system to our customers.

Within the section, we are responsible for the working methods within Systems Engineering for Gripen, and part of the job is to further develop our methods to become more efficient.

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced systems engineer with a background in developing complex systems and preferably an understanding of the Gripen system as a whole.

You have a strong interest in collaborating with people and making technical choices, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and see the big picture.

You will work together with others in the team to set the conditions for further development, supporting the development organization by guiding the business in the right direction towards a mature and usable system for the customer.

Your Role

Work closely with different personalities and functions within the organization.
Combine initiative with quality thinking to drive successful projects.
Have a genuine interest in learning about both the business and our products.
Understand technical development across many disciplines and see solution opportunities.
Enjoy working in many interfaces within the development organization.
Be able to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
