Your Role

At Aeronautics, we are now looking for a business architect with an IT focus - a curious, secure, and engaged person who wants to help shape the future work environments and digital solutions. With us, you will be part of a team that shares the drive to make the operations smarter, safer, and more sustainable over time. We are currently building a strong operational and management capability, and you will play a central role in this work.

As a business architect, you will analyze, design, and develop processes, methods, and systems that create real value for the business. You will be the one who translates needs into clear models and long-term solutions - and you will do this in close collaboration with colleagues in IT, management, and various support functions.

In your daily work, you will among other things:

• Drive transformation programs and IT-related change projects
• Create technical solution proposals that meet the business requirements
• Ensure that technology, information, and processes go hand in hand
• Contribute to standardization, efficiency, and automation
• Monitor trends and opportunities within digitalization and AI
• Support in the delivery and support flow for our IT services
• Be an active and appreciated part of our architect team

You will be an important player in the development of advanced IT solutions for the next generation of fighter aircraft - a job where security, stability, and innovation go hand in hand. This is a role with great influence, a lot of responsibility, and room to actually make a difference.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with solid experience in IT architecture and complex system landscapes. You thrive in dialogue with others, are pedagogical in your way of explaining technical connections, and have an easy time seeing the big picture. Above all, you are driven by creating solutions that work - in reality - in an environment where accuracy and security are central.

We believe you have:

• Many years of experience in IT solutions, system and/or infrastructure architecture
• At least five years of work related to IT architecture
• Competence in information security
• The ability to develop clear and sustainable holistic solutions
• Experience in infrastructure design, network security, and system operations
• Good ability to document and structure
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
• A valid driver's license as travel may be required in the position

Meritorious:

• Certifications in relevant areas
• Experience with ITIL and ISO 27001
• Overall knowledge of Aeronautics product portfolio and its interacting parts

The position is located in Linköping. We work with ongoing selection, which means that the position may be filled before the application period has expired.
