At the Swedish Migration Agency, we are working on one of the major societal issues of our time - migration. In total, we are about 6,000 people here, and we have an unusually important job!

We are looking for two ITIL Process Managers for our IT support unit in Norrköping, which handles Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Level Management.

The IT support unit has 20 employees and is part of the Digitalization and Development Department. We work with a holistic view of IT operations and support to provide the organization with assistance and ensure a stable IT environment.

As an ITIL Process Manager, you will work both operationally and strategically within our ITIL processes in a dynamic environment characterized by continuous improvements, collaboration, and respect.

What does an ITIL Process Manager do with us?

• Leads and directs the work within your process responsibility area
• Collaborates with other process managers, system development, operations, support, and technology development
• Develops working methods and focuses on continuous improvements
• Measures, follows up process efficiency, and reports to process owners
• Leads and coordinates work during major IT incidents
• Conducts analyses and performs problem investigations
• Administers the Change Calendar and communicates during business impact

We are looking for someone who

Is proactive, engaged, and has a good understanding of various IT areas. You enjoy follow-up and analysis, are meticulous, and quality-conscious.

You have an analytical ability to see connections and communicate clearly with different professional roles.

You who apply have

• A university degree with 120 credits in IT or equivalent relevant work experience
• Certification in ITIL Foundation
• Several years of experience in IT work within larger organizations
• At least 1 year of experience as an ITIL Process Manager
• Good knowledge of IT operations and support
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Swedish citizenship

It is meritorious if you have

• Knowledge of the Migration Agency's IT environment
• Experience from Helpdesk/Service desk
• Additional ITIL certifications

Security clearance with background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted. Employment is contingent upon a successful security clearance.
