Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in system development who wants to take on a senior and influential role. You enjoy seeing the big picture – from architecture and data models to finished functionality – and are used to taking responsibility for both technical decisions and quality in delivery. We expect you to have a university degree in programming, computer engineering, or software engineering.

You are a structured problem solver who enjoys collaborating and sharing your knowledge. You have a good understanding of databases and SQL, a genuine interest in technology, and a desire to continue developing yourself and others.

Experience working with AI as a natural tool throughout the development process – from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing, and debugging. You have documented experience using AI-based tools to enhance code quality, efficiency, and decision-making in development work.

About the role

As a senior developer at BRP, you are expected to take responsibility for one of our development teams. You will lead and support colleagues in their daily work, contribute to technical decisions, and ensure that the team maintains a high technical standard and efficient work processes. Experience in team leadership is a plus, but we also value your willingness and ability to guide and develop others.

In addition, you will play a key role in the development of our systems. You will work in one of our development teams to design, build, and further develop scalable and sustainable solutions, with a strong focus on backend, architecture, and database design.

You will help set the direction for how we work, from planning and implementation to testing and release, and serve as an important bridge between the development team and other parts of the organization.

Experience in frontend development with React is a plus, although the role is primarily focused on backend and system design.
