We are looking for an experienced test leader for an assignment within a government agency's IT and development operations. You will play a central role in an ongoing implementation of a new system for maritime traffic monitoring, where acceptance testing and preparations take place in a complex environment with high demands on IT and information security.

You will work closely with project management and collaborate with development teams, business representatives, technicians, architects, and suppliers. During the assignment, test leadership for other initiatives may also occur, such as upgrades of purchased systems, implementations, and technology-related changes with high security requirements.

• Plan, lead, and follow up on testing work within implementation projects and other initiatives
• Develop and manage test plans
• Create test cases based on requirements and ensure traceability
• Lead and coordinate the execution of tests, including acceptance tests
• Verify and document expected functionality and test results
• Collaborate with project groups, business, development, technology, architecture, and external suppliers
• Share working methods, experiences, and lessons learned with other test leaders in the organization

• At least five (5) years of documented full-time work experience as a test leader, including developing test cases, planning, leading, and executing tests of complex system solutions with multiple integrations
• Documented experience from at least one (1) assignment lasting at least six (6) months as a test leader for infrastructure-related projects, such as setting up new environments (server, network, communication)
• At least six (6) months of experience gained within the last three (3) years from an assignment with high demands on IT and information security at an authority
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge sufficient to understand Norwegian and communicate with Norwegian partners
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)
