We are in an expansive phase within the Critical Systems business area and are now strengthening our team in Linköping within the Systems Safety & Quality Management unit with a unit manager for consultants.

The Role

As a unit manager for consultants, you will be a central part of our management team and responsible for a team of experienced consultants. Your role involves:

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in business development and customer-oriented work, preferably in technology-intensive areas.
• Has previous leadership experience and enjoys coaching and developing people.
• Is communicative, relationship-building, and accustomed to working solution-oriented.

Experience from critical systems and understanding of relevant standards is important, but even more important is your business acumen and ability to build trust.
