As a developer, you will be a central part of a cross-functional team with overall responsibility – from early ideas to finished products in operation. You will work closely with both product and users, in an agile working method where collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement are a natural part of everyday life.

Here, we build functionality all the way: backend, frontend, data, and integrations. The focus is on creating scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions within FinTech, where technology choices are made with both the present and the future in mind.

Technology environments used:

• Backend: Kotlin, Java

• Frontend: TypeScript, React

• Integration & data: REST APIs, SQL, event-driven flows

• Others: Microservices, modern version control and CI/CD tools

The role is based in Linköping.

Being a consultant at Nexer Tech Talent

As a senior consultant at Nexer Tech Talent, you will be part of a network of experienced specialists. You will be employed by Nexer Tech Talent and work as a consultant for our client starting in 2026.

We will support and challenge you throughout the assignment. We also offer opportunities to participate in networking events, inspiring lectures, and social activities that strengthen your role in our consulting team. As a consultant with us, there is also the opportunity to contribute as a mentor, where you can share your knowledge and experience with more junior colleagues.

We are looking for someone who:

You have a genuine interest in technology and enjoy taking responsibility – both for your code and for the whole. You are curious, solution-oriented, and thrive in an environment where people learn from each other and dare to try new things.

We would like you to have:

• A degree in engineering in a relevant field.

• Strong skills in backend and preferably also frontend.

• Experience in agile, product-oriented development work.

• The ability to communicate fluently in Swedish.
