Working as a Technical Product Specialist In the role of a Technical Product Specialist, you will work operationally to ensure that systems communicate within networks, ensure that systems function, and also manage them. Your team will focus on IT crimes and IT forensics, which may involve the development of systems and software to counteract various types of IT crimes, as well as software in information carriers such as phones and computers. Together with the team and the organization, you will conduct environmental monitoring to stay updated on new tools and methods in the field.

The role is based in Linköping.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at the beginning of their career and has a degree in computer science or systems science
• Has at least one year of relevant work experience in an IT department or equivalent
• Has experience in technical support
• Has an interest in new technology, IT systems, and development
• Is communicative, proactive, solution-oriented, and curious
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Has knowledge of server environments in Linux and Windows
• Knowledge of PowerShell is highly meritorious
