We are now looking for a Project Manager who wants to drive cross-functional business development projects with a focus on digitization, process development, and change management. This is a role that suits you if you thrive in a complex organization and want to work closely with both the business and IT in an analytical and dynamic environment!

The office is located in Finspång, and the desired start date is immediate. The assignment is a consulting assignment initially extending to September 30, 2026, where you will be employed as a consultant through The Place and work at our client.

Your main tasks will include:

• Lead and drive cross-functional business development projects focusing on digitization, process development, and IT

• Be responsible for project planning, execution, and follow-up, including feasibility studies and project plans

• Develop specifications and collaborate with the business and IT on solution development

• Actively work with change management and support implementation in the organization

• Report project status and results to sponsors, steering groups, PMO, and management teams

• Contribute to the department's work in spreading best practices and further developing working methods

Qualifications

In this role, we would like you to have the following:

• Experience in driving projects within large and global organizations

• Experience in IT projects and process development projects

• Experience in change management in complex organizations

• Fluent in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of business systems such as SAP and SFDC
