Technical Support Representative at RE&GO
RE&GO develops and delivers smart solutions for electric vehicle charging to parking companies, property owners, and businesses with transport-intensive operations. The core of our offering is RE&GO CSMS (Charge Station Management System), a proprietary system for managing, monitoring, administering, and processing payments for charging infrastructure.
We are a growing company with short decision-making paths, high technical competence, and a strong customer focus. RE&GO is part of the Energifabriken group, which works with renewable solutions in road, shipping, heating, and aviation. Together, we contribute to the transition to a more sustainable energy system.
With us, you will be part of an engaged team where humility, collaboration, and a desire to help the customer permeate daily life.
Your mission
In the role of technical support representative, you will work on the front line with clear technical responsibilities. You will answer incoming calls, talk a lot on the phone, and are expected to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve a large portion of incoming cases. You will have contact with electric vehicle users experiencing charging issues in their daily lives or charging owners and managers with questions about system administration, facilities, permissions, and functionality.
The cases vary from simple operational questions to more technical troubleshooting that requires you to understand both system logic and how charging infrastructure works in practice. There can be both urgent and less urgent questions, and it is your ability to listen, analyze, and guide the customer correctly that makes the difference.
Examples of tasks:
- Receive and manage support cases via phone and email
- Troubleshoot charging issues related to hardware, software, communication, and user settings
- Work in our CSMS and in the case management system (Zendesk)
- Administer users, facilities, charging points, and permissions
- Support customers during the startup, changes, and expansions of their charging systems
- Document cases and contribute to improved routines and working methods
You will work closely with your colleagues in a small organization experiencing significant growth where competence, responsibility, and collaboration are central.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who enjoys technical troubleshooting, genuinely likes to talk to and help customers, and has the ability to explain solutions in an understandable way to customers.
We believe that you:
- Are very service-minded and communicative
- Have good technical and system understanding
- Are used to working in digital systems and can quickly familiarize yourself with new ones
- Have the ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and work systematically
- Are calm, pedagogical, and solution-oriented
- Take responsibility and enjoy solving problems all the way
- Speak Swedish and English fluently
Experience in technical support, IT support, system administration, or similar roles is an advantage. Interest in electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, energy systems, or technical platforms is a big plus, but the most important thing is that you want to understand how things actually work.
You have a drive and can roll up your sleeves when needed. You share our values, enjoy taking responsibility, and have the ability to keep things organized and prioritize tasks.
What do we offer?
- A technical support role with real responsibility and trust
- The opportunity to work closely with both systems and customers
- A company where technology, operations, and customer benefit are closely linked
- Colleagues who know their area and are happy to share knowledge
- A daily life where you solve real problems, not just handle cases
With us, you will have the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally while contributing to our shared vision of a more sustainable future.
