IT Business Analyst for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for Gripen

Your Role

We are now looking for an IT Business Analyst with a good technical understanding to our internal development and management team within Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for Gripen.

The role is primarily operational and suits you who have a few years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar and who thrives in the intersection between business needs and technical solutions. Your work will contribute to developing systems that are crucial for Sweden's air defense capability. You will be involved in designing solutions within cloud, data, and AI that contribute to Saab's long-term strategy and development.

You will be part of a team of about 20 people who together develop and manage in-house IT systems for ILS related to Gripen.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Analyzing and specifying user needs to streamline the area's system support
  • Process mapping and requirements analysis
  • Participating in and contributing to system solution design
  • Working with report generation and data management
  • Participating in projects within cloud, DevOps, and AI
  • Acting as a link between software development and business

The technical environment you will be working in includes:

  • .NET / C#
  • Blazor
  • SQL
  • Cloud
  • GitHub Enterprise
  • Systems in both management (on-prem) and development

Your Profile

As a person, you have a well-developed communicative ability where you can adapt the message to the recipient. Furthermore, you are driven by solving problems of varying complexity, which requires you to have an open attitude and be proactive. We expect you to have a technical interest and a curiosity that drives you to constantly learn more.

For the position, the following is required:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, solution architect, or similar role
  • Relevant university education or equivalent experience
  • Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Furthermore, it is meritorious to have:

  • Technical background, for example as a software developer or in product development.
  • Good knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience in enterprise architecture.
  • Knowledge of or experience with TOGAF, Astrakan, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, or AI-related initiatives.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
