Your Responsibilities

Are you interested in working with assembly tools and instruments for development tests and installations worldwide? At Siemens Energy, you will be part of Tools & Instrument, which delivers tools and instruments to projects for both new turbine installations and service assignments. The business handles approximately 3,000 orders per year, and all calibration is done in its own accredited laboratory.

As part of the technical support group within Instrument & Tool Service, you play an important role in ensuring that the right instruments and tool sets are delivered with the correct content. The role combines administrative work with close collaboration with the workshop and other internal functions.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Creating and maintaining equipment structures in SAP

• Creating and managing partners in PLM2020

• Updating and maintaining existing tool sets during changes

• Providing technical and administrative support to the workshop that physically handles the equipment

• Communicating with internal interfaces and external customers via Teams, phone, and email

Equipment managed in the role includes hydraulics, hand tools, flow meters, laser equipment, cabling, and measuring probes.

Your Profile

We would like you to:

• Have experience working in the industry

• Have good system skills and preferably experience with SAP

• Have knowledge of or experience with PLM2020

• Be comfortable communicating in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
