About the Position

Siemens Energy is now looking for an employee for Tools & Instrument – Instrument & Tool Service. The department delivers tools and instruments for projects that include both new turbine installations and service assignments. The business handles approximately 3,000 orders annually, and all calibration is performed in Siemens Energy's own accredited laboratory.

In this role, you will be an important part of the technical support function and contribute to ensuring that the right instruments and tool kits are delivered with the correct contents, on time, and according to high quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain equipment and tool structures in SAP
  • Create and manage parties in PLM2020
  • Update and maintain existing tool sets during changes and updates
  • Act as technical support to the workshop handling the equipment physically
  • Ensure that the work follows established methods, processes, and quality requirements
  • Communicate with internal interfaces and external customers via Teams, phone, and email in Swedish and English

  • Hydraulics
  • Hand tools
  • Flow meters
  • Laser equipment
  • Cabling
  • Measuring probes

About You

You are a structured and meticulous person with a strong focus on quality. You thrive in a supportive role where technology, administration, and collaboration go hand in hand. You work methodically, follow agreed procedures, and easily collaborate with various functions in the organization.

You are communicative and feel comfortable engaging in dialogue with both colleagues and external contacts, even in an international environment.

Important for the Position

  • Experience in industrial operations
  • Good system skills, preferably in SAP
  • Experience with PLM2020 is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a structured and quality-conscious manner
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

This is a consulting assignment starting on 16/2 2026 and extending to 31/8 2026. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
