Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a background in IT support, client management, or technical operations, who has worked with Windows-based client environments in larger organizations or complex IT landscapes.

Requirements and qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in Windows client management and troubleshooting
• Experience with Active Directory, including user and group management
• Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPO) for managing and administering client environments
• Knowledge of Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), including configuration, operation, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of Windows File Server configuration related to VDI environments
• Experience with software installations, updates, and patch management
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues on the client side
• Basic understanding of IT security and networking.

What does the role entail?

In the role of Windows Client Technician, you will work to ensure stability, security, and performance in the organization's Windows-based client environments. You will handle incidents and requests at the 3rd line level and function as a technical specialist within client infrastructure. A central part of the role is working with Citrix VDI solutions, where you will be responsible for configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance to enable a secure and smooth digital working environment for remote users.

Your tasks will include:

• Advanced troubleshooting and handling of incidents related to Windows clients
• Configuration and administration of Active Directory and GPO
• Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Citrix VDI environments
• Configuration of Windows File Server for access to virtual clients
• Installation, updating, and maintenance of software
• Ensuring compatibility, security, and performance in client environments.

The assignment is a consulting position starting immediately until December 2026, with a possibility of extension.
