Your role – more than technology ⚙️💡

As a systems specialist, you will have overall responsibility for deploying and optimizing our advanced security solutions. You will work closely with project managers, technicians, and customers to ensure quality at every step – from design to delivery and documentation.

You will become a natural Go to person when it comes to advanced IT environments, for our customers, but also internally. You will act as a support to other technicians and assist with IT-related solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer solutions, as well as quality-assuring our delivery, training customers and internally. You want to be at the forefront and deliver the best and latest to our customers. The job suits you if you enjoy challenging work, and for the right person, it will mean the opportunity to further develop your professional skills.

You will among other things:

• Deploy/upgrade/maintain security systems and management systems.
• Design and document systems.
• Work consultatively both internally and externally.
• Identify improvements and support sales.
• Coordinate technicians and subcontractors.

The role is flexible in nature and offers remote work, at the customer, and at one of our offices. Travel occurs within the region.

• Are a team player who enjoys acting as a specialist and supporting customers and colleagues in finding the best and latest solutions on the market.

Basic competencies:

To succeed in the role, we believe you are highly technical, with network and data skills beyond the ordinary, as well as familiar with SQL and working in a server environment (primarily Microsoft environment). You recognize yourself in:

• High technical competence that you are proud of and want to develop.
• Knowledge in IT, networks, as well as knowledge of SQL and server environments.
• High school education, preferably in Technology, IT, Electrical-telecommunications, or another relevant field.
• Driver's license B, good communication skills in Swedish and English.

Meritorious

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• Experience in security technology installations, such as alarms/security systems.
• Certifications in networking or security technology, as well as knowledge of regulations such as SSF 130.
