We are now looking for an experienced IT architect with expertise in both application and infrastructure architecture for a long-term and strategic consulting assignment with a critical societal actor in Norrköping. The assignment is security classified and involves a central role in the development and management of the organization’s common IT architecture.

In the role of IT architect, you will work to build, develop, and manage the organization’s Enterprise Architecture (EA) within applications and infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with the chief architect as well as solution, business, and information architects.

You will contribute to target architecture and IT governance by:

• developing and managing architecture principles, reference models, and guidelines
• working with conceptual architecture, roadmaps, and architectural decisions
• supporting mission-critical changes and IT transformation
• participating in operational architecture governance and architecture forums

The assignment has both strategic and practical elements and is suitable for you who thrive in the intersection of business and technology. The duration is 12 months with the possibility of extension.

To succeed in the assignment, you need to have:

• At least 4 years of experience in the role of IT architect
• Experience in Enterprise Architecture and strategic architectural work
• Familiarity with architecture methods, processes, and tools
• Experience in developing architecture for applications and IT infrastructure
• Good understanding of IT platforms, application operations, system environments, and/or IT security
• Experience in architecture modeling (e.g., Archimate, UML)
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Swedish citizenship

You should also have, which is considered meritorious:

• Certifications or education in IT architecture, such as CITA-X, DFK-CIA.
• Experience with architectural frameworks such as Prime Arch, Archimate
• Familiarity with working in Sparx, Prolaborate, or other EA tools
