About the position

In this assignment, you will work with a wide range of commercial software used for advanced calculations, analyses, and simulations in areas such as strength, aerodynamics, and electromagnetism. You will have a central role in the entire lifecycle, from development and implementation to operation, management, and user support.

The role gives you the opportunity to work closely with experts in several engineering fields, in an environment where technology, innovation, and quality are in focus. The role combines responsibility, variety, and a chance to contribute to the development of tools and systems used for some of Saab's most advanced technical solutions.

Your main responsibilities

• Install, configure, and update software in Windows and Unix/Linux environments
• Work with operations, troubleshooting, license management, and system documentation
• Participate in improvement and efficiency projects
• Provide technical support to end users
• Act as a technical contact with suppliers when needed
