Folkuniversitetet's course activities offer courses and lectures in areas such as languages, economics, creative arts, writing, health, and sustainable development. A large part of our activities consists of study circles and cultural events. We are now looking for a circle leader in Swedish.

About the position
We are now looking for a circle leader to teach Swedish in several locations in the county, currently Mjölby, Vadstena, and Motala are relevant. 
We do not have the opportunity to offer distance courses.

Main responsibilities
- Teach Swedish for adult beginners and advanced learners 

- Plan for each class session

- Basic administrative tasks before and after class sessions, such as recording attendance and writing a few lines about what was done in each class session in our administrative system E-Tjänsten.

Your skills and background
We are looking for someone with very good knowledge of Swedish and an interest in cultural and societal issues related to Sweden. It is advantageous if you have education and experience in teaching adults or other experience in leading groups.

Qualifications
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Experience in teaching adults is an advantage.

Courses start in February 2026 and will take place during the day. 
It is important that you enjoy sharing knowledge and see the positive in participants' development. You are flexible, attentive, and structured, and have experience working independently. We also expect you to share our view on the equal value of all individuals and their right to knowledge.

About the employment
Object employment, hourly employment, spring 2026.
The position is located in Mjölby. There is also the possibility to work in Vadstena and Motala.
