Your Responsibilities

You will teach History in ES/HU, Psychology in SA, and Sociology in SA. The position also includes a role as a mentor for a second-year class, which involves close collaboration with the student health team and your work team.

As a teacher, you see the entire school day of the student as important and therefore actively collaborate with guardians, colleagues, and other actors in the school. The goal is to create the best conditions for each student and ensure high goal achievement.

You start from the student group you meet and create varied and challenging teaching based on their needs. The use of digital tools is a natural part of your teaching.

In your leadership, you motivate students, create engagement, and work systematically to evaluate and develop teaching to continuously improve learning and well-being.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license as a high school teacher and has experience teaching at the high school level.

As a person, you are secure and stable, with the ability to create trusting relationships with both students and guardians. You have good pedagogical insight and are clear in your communication, while also adapting teaching to the students' different conditions and needs.

You have good leadership both in and out of the classroom, where you motivate and inspire students, but can also set clear boundaries when necessary.

Since we work with people, we value your flexibility and your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and variations in work pace throughout the day.

You see opportunities, are creative, and work independently, but also have very good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment.

You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
