We are looking for a student assistant at LBS Creative High School in Linköping for students who need extra support during the school day.

You will work closely with the mentor, teaching staff, and student health services. As a student assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that students' various needs are met. This includes adaptations in classroom situations, extra support, and, if necessary, more medical tasks such as RIK (Clean Intermittent Catheterization). Training for the latter will be provided by the healthcare manager.

We are looking for someone who has completed their high school education and preferably has experience working as an assistant. You are a service-oriented person who is calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You have good pedagogical skills and an understanding of people's different circumstances. You are a good listener and adapt your communication style according to the demands of different situations. You have strong collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive and flexible manner. We also appreciate that you can view the work at the school from a broader perspective and pitch in where needed.

We are a small school with short communication lines. The position is 80% and is a temporary employment for the spring term of 2026. The start date is in February.
