We are now complementing our (own) pool of substitutes with a couple more reliable and engaged substitutes.

Småskolan and the sibling school Eraskolan, located in central Ljungsbro (grades F-6), are schools that succeed very well in their mission. At our schools, we have a safe, calm, and study-focused school day. We believe in small schools with small classes and high teacher density, where the guiding principles are engagement, safety, and results. With us, all students are given real opportunities to succeed better in their schooling, and all staff work under good conditions. Our schools have received particularly positive reviews regarding safety and study peace. Småskolan & Eraskolan have about 150 students and just over 20 employees.

We believe that you have experience working with children, from the school world and/or from other types of activities with children, such as associations, churches, or sports. Perhaps you are a teacher student who also wants to try working at a well-organized and long-term school alongside your studies. You do not need to have extensive experience, but you must be willing to develop in your role as professional educational staff in a school day where the main focus on learning is clear and the role as an adult with responsibility is obvious. You need to be available immediately or almost immediately.

With us, the focus is on a safe school environment as a foundation for academic success. Therefore, we place great importance on personal qualifications.

We are now urgently looking for more hourly and daily substitutes for Småskolan & Eraskolan (F-6). Sometimes with long notice, sometimes with short notice, we need teacher substitutes who are skilled in knowledge creation with children and meeting each individual's educational needs. The needs cover the entire school day, from morning care through the regular school day to after-school care.

Together with the school's other staff, you will help create a safe and engaging school environment, where you know the students and the students know you.
