JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teaching assistant, you provide support and help to students so that they can participate in the school day based on individual needs. You promote a school environment with safety and study peace, which provides good conditions for all students' learning, development, and health. This may include supporting students in daily activities within the educational operation, such as teaching and breaks. You are a helping link and have close cooperation with teachers and other staff where you work together to give students the conditions to achieve their goals. In addition, you create trusting relationships and maintain good contact with students and guardians.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a high school education from the child and leisure program or the health and care program, or another education that the employer assesses as equivalent.
