This summer, we at Nytida Rånäs Lanternan are looking for you who want to work with people and make a difference in everyday life. Lanternan is a residence focused on mental health, located in the countryside in Rånäs, outside Rimbo.

Here, the job is not about “doing for” – but about being with. Listening, creating safety, building structure. Sometimes taking a walk, sometimes just being there.

You don't need to have a long CV. If you have the right attitude, we will provide you with training, support, and coaching managers close at hand.
