We are now looking for an administrator who wants to join a team that serves as close management support within adult education.
Your Responsibilities

- Good knowledge of the Swedish and English languages in both spoken and written form.
Meritorious:
- Experience working with student administrative systems.
- Experience from administrative work within adult education, admissions work, and student administration.
- Experience working in Power-BI.
Your Personal Qualities
We place great importance on personal suitability. To succeed in the role, we see that you are flexible and easily adapt to changing circumstances. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively and take clear responsibility for your tasks.
You have good analytical skills, enjoy numbers and structure, and are skilled at seeing connections, identifying patterns, and solving complex questions and problems. Through your expertise, you serve as a knowledge resource for others and actively contribute to the development of the operation.
Furthermore, you are solution-focused, unpretentious, and collaborate with others in a responsive, smooth, and professional manner. You have high integrity, excellent communication skills, and express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You are confident in your role and comfortable making decisions even under time pressure.
You also thrive in a role with many points of contact and have a service-oriented approach when interacting with students, prospective students, and partners within and outside the organization.
We Offer
With us, you will have a qualified and developing role in a socially important operation. You will be part of a competent and dedicated team where you have the opportunity to contribute to quality, structure, and long-term development within adult education.
