Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for more customer service representatives for our client in central Umeå. You will be part of a cheerful team that has a genuine interest in service while being in a developing and learning environment. You will answer incoming calls, emails, chats, and assist customers with various inquiries regarding invoices and general contract issues. The customer service team is also responsible for helping customers with technical troubleshooting regarding internet and telephony.

We offer a full-time position with working hours scheduled during the day from 09:00 to 18:00 and every third weekend from 10:00 to 14:00. The planned start for the position is as soon as possible. The position is aimed at those who are at the beginning of their careers and want to build their CV with valuable experiences. Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we believe that you are service-oriented and enjoy social contact with customers. You are a problem solver who maintains a positive attitude and meets the company’s customers professionally. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team and can share knowledge with others. Furthermore, you are responsible and see a challenge in exceeding customer expectations. Previous experience in the service industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
