Bolist is the local building supply store where knowledge, service, and personal relationships are at the center.

We are now looking for a sales associate who wants to make a difference – for both professional customers and DIY enthusiasts.

With us, customers meet people who know their job, genuinely care, and ensure that every project is right from the start.

About the role

We are a store with a wide range of products in construction, contracting, paint, plumbing, and electrical for both professional and private customers. As a sales associate with us, you are more than a cashier – you are an advisor, problem solver, and team player. Your main task is to meet our customers and their needs, provide advice, and be solution-oriented, attentive, and quick on your feet. In the company, we are a small team of 5 people, which means we help each other and ensure everything runs smoothly, communicate with each other, and pitch in where needed most.

Your tasks:

• Provide personal and professional service in the store
• Cash handling and order placement
• Receiving goods, restocking, and store display
• Contact with suppliers and placing orders
• Contribute to a neat, inspiring, and efficient store

Your working hours are 8 AM - 5 PM and every other Saturday from 10 AM - 1 PM.

We are looking for someone who

• Is service-oriented and enjoys working with people
• Takes responsibility, is solution-oriented, and meticulous
• Has a strong interest in construction, renovation, or technology
• Enjoys working both independently and in a team
• Is comfortable with computers, cash registers, and business systems

We believe that your personality will be of great importance, but in addition, it is interesting if you have knowledge in any of our product areas: Construction, Paint, Plumbing, Electrical. We do not close the door if you do not have that prior knowledge, as we believe that with the right attitude and personality, we can equip you to become really skilled in the products and their applications.

You don't need to know everything – but you should want to learn.
