Key Account Sales Representative for Industry Stone Materials Area North

As a sales representative in Area North, you will develop our customer offerings and create attractive and customized solutions that drive us to a stronger market position. An important part of the role is to increase sales to existing and new customers through active work with customer visits to identify new business opportunities and build relationships based on our strategic goals.

  • You are responsible for sales and market monitoring in Västerbotten and have independent responsibility for the sales budget and forecast
  • You collaborate with and support colleagues in the sales work in Jämtland.
  • You work independently and drive the entire sales process in dialogue with production, while collaborating with your sales colleagues to achieve set sales targets
  • You are responsible for the entire deal from networking and processing customers to negotiation and follow-up

Your profile as a salesperson

You have at least 3 years of sales experience from a similar business. Relevant experience from quarrying and/or construction operations is an advantage. Established network in the area and industry is highly meritorious.

  • You have a clear, strategic mindset around business and sales and can identify new business opportunities.
  • You thrive in negotiation situations and adapt to the current situation.
  • You are motivated by making profitable deals, understand the importance of working out in the field, close to customers, and have a strong commitment to business and customer relationships.

You find it easy to create lasting relationships, both internally and externally, and enjoy working together with others, as the team is very important for achieving lasting results. You have good communication skills and are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You have good knowledge of the Office suite and see Excel as an excellent tool, as well as experience working in various business systems.

The position is a permanent employment with placement in Umeå. The position involves travel as customer visits are frequent. A valid driver's license and access to a car are required. A probationary period may apply if necessary.

This position will undergo background checks in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
