About the Company

Are you a service-oriented and structured person who is passionate about helping others? Do you want to be part of a dynamic company where you have the opportunity to develop and make a difference? Then you might be the one we are looking for! We are currently seeking an engaged employee for our client’s reception and customer service. In this combined role, you will play a key part in ensuring that customers and employees receive the best possible service.

You will be employed as a consultant at Clockwork, and the assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and will initially last for 1 year, with a possible extension for the right person.

Your Responsibilities

The role primarily involves answering questions from customers via phone and email. Qualified case management, invoicing, and other administration. Support colleagues with various office-related matters, mail handling, and orders for the office. Welcome visitors and suppliers.

Your Profile

You who are applying for the role have a couple of years of work experience where you have worked with qualified case management and administrative tasks. Experience from the banking, finance, or insurance industry is an advantage. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and a professional demeanor. You handle Swedish and English fluently in both speech and writing. You are structured, efficient, and take responsibility. You are driven and enjoy working together with other colleagues to develop the work in the team.
