Working in a Rusta store is fast-paced and varied, the tempo is high, but the joy is even higher! At the checkout, among the shelves, and in the midst of our campaigns, you create the customer experience. You greet our customers with a smile and ensure that the store is neat, stocked, and inspiring. One day you help a customer find the right bathtub, the next day you completely redesign a department. No day is like the other – and we love that!

You don’t need to know everything from the start – we will teach you! But we believe that you:

• Enjoy talking to people and making their day a little better
• Thrive when things move quickly and solve problems with a "I can handle that!"
• Are available to work mornings, days, evenings, and weekends
