Now you, as a driven, creative, and sales-oriented person passionate about events and festivals, have the opportunity for a very exciting role as Project Manager for local collaborations for some of Sweden's largest festivals!
The festival company Homerun Festivals is Sweden's fastest-growing event organizer. Homerun Festivals runs several annual festival successes including Brännbollsyran, Bayside Festival, Playa Festival, Splash Luleå, and Bonfire Festival, as well as the new Butterfly Festival. We are now looking for a new colleague, a project manager for local collaborations, where you will play a key role in working with the company's festivals by establishing and maximizing local partnerships and contributing to the marketing of the festivals. The position is based in Umeå, where Homerun Festivals has one of its two offices.
The Role
As Project Manager for local collaborations, you will work with all Homerun Festivals festivals and be responsible for local partnerships related to the festivals. You will also drive sales for the festivals through local campaigns, local marketing, and creative ideas. In your role, you will be Homerun Festivals' ear to the ground in festival cities, keeping track of the important events happening in those cities right now. Regular travel to festival cities is included in the job.

Who you are
- You have experience in project management and marketing or sales.
- You thrive on juggling multiple tasks and are driven by seeing results.
- You are a social person who enjoys building relationships with partners.
- You are a sales-oriented person who enjoys making deals and is motivated by working towards goals.
- You enjoy working with and for Generation Z, who are the primary festival attendees.
- You have a driver's license.
- Education in project management and marketing is a plus.
