Be the face of the branch by offering the best possible service and interaction to Swedbank's private and corporate customers.
The tasks are varied and include handling service matters in unbooked customer meetings and working nationally with service matters via incoming phone calls.
Contribute to our goals through effective working methods with a strong focus on increased accessibility, customer satisfaction, and proactivity.
Collaborate and build good relationships with colleagues within the bank to develop our customers' financial health, identify customer needs, and refer when other expertise is needed to create added value in the customer meeting.
Further develop and broaden your skills – there are several career opportunities within the bank and personal development is encouraged.
Be passionate about service, put the customer first, and contribute to customer satisfaction by being proactive in customer meetings, having good business acumen, and being solution-focused.
Have an interest in informing about our products and services to our private and corporate customers, as well as the ability to digitize and guide customers in our digital channels.
