HR Consultant Wanted at the Elderly Care Recruitment Center

The mission of the Elderly Care Recruitment Center (ÄORC) is to support managers within elderly care throughout the entire recruitment and hiring process.

We are responsible for recruiting and equipping new employees with the training and qualifications they need. Our unit also handles staffing issues during short-term absences, and we have staff members who work with scheduling to ensure that we operate with schedules that comply with laws and agreements.

We are now looking for an HR consultant for a temporary position until the fall!

Your Responsibilities

As an HR consultant with us, you will work with recruitment ranging from temporary staff to permanent employees. You will have a lot of contact with unit managers in the field and serve as support and a sounding board on issues related to labor law, recruitment, and staffing. We support many operations within elderly care, which means you will encounter various assignments and needs, providing great opportunities for development and learning with us! Recruitment needs for everything from care assistants to communicators pass through our operations, making the work very varied. During the period of the temporary position, we will have our largest recruitment peak as we will also be recruiting summer staff for all operations.

About You

We are looking for someone who is a trained HR professional or has another equivalent higher education. You have experience in recruitment, preferably with larger volume recruitments.

Other Information

The position is a temporary full-time position, starting as soon as possible by agreement until 2026-08-31.
