Receptionist for Summer Temporary Position at Dorotea, Vilhelmina, and Åsele Health Centers

The region's primary care provides broad primary care services throughout Region Västerbotten, meeting patients of all ages, both in urban and rural areas. With 33 health centers and medical stations, we are where you are. We actively work with research and development, utilizing medical results to offer high-quality care where the patient is involved. The medical stations are part of the southern Lapland local healthcare area, which is a model area in the transition to close care. With effective collaboration and a focus on the citizen, we drive important change initiatives within the region and together with the municipality. Remote clinical assessments and digital healthcare meetings are developing rapidly and are a crucial part of ensuring good, close, and accessible care in this area. Therefore, it is no coincidence that we are at the forefront in this field. The medical station model, which is an important starting point for close care, characterizes both the approach and working methods in the daily operations of the organization.

The Vilhelmina, Åsele, and Dorotea medical stations are part of the same base unit and are located in southern Lapland, fifty kilometers apart. The nearest hospital is in Lycksele, where the county's ambulance helicopter is stationed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a receptionist with us, you provide essential service and enable efforts that impact many.

Your work with us is varied and includes reception work, handling referrals and mail, registering test results, and booking patients. The work is done in close collaboration with other employees.

We need you physically on-site, please indicate in your response which location you prefer.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with good organizational skills who is accustomed to prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a short period.
