SAV AB is looking for a substitute for our Administrator at Southern Lapland Waste & Water AB.

At SAV AB, we ensure the essentials in our residents' daily lives, such as ensuring that water, sewage, and waste management work properly.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of administrator at SAV AB, you will have a varied role with many different tasks such as managing customer systems, incoming and outgoing payments, customer invoices, supplier invoices, debt collection, reconciliations, and general administrative tasks such as archiving, record-keeping, and mail handling.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with good administrative skills who can structure and plan work efficiently. You have the ability to use various digital tools and quickly familiarize yourself with different systems. You communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Relevant education and/or experience in administration is an advantage.

To succeed in this role, you need to be meticulous, flexible, and able to prioritize. The work should be characterized by a professional approach, good teamwork, and a positive attitude towards development and improvement.
