We are now looking for a communicator with a focus on digitalization and accessibility in healthcare for projects that will last for 2 years. In the communications department, we work with the region's overall communication. We work, among other things, with the region's website, intranet, 1177, social media, communication planning, branding issues, and media issues. We have a supportive culture where we help each other and often work in teams. Together is when we make the biggest difference.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a communicator with us, you provide important service and enable initiatives that impact many.
In this position, you will work on two different projects: one on digital invitations and one web project for regionvasterbotten.se.
In the first project, you will work in a cross-functional project team within the area of resident services to systematize and simplify the information in invitations. The goal is to reduce the number of missed appointments and patients arriving unprepared for visits. Your work will include finding solutions for how we manage and send invitations digitally and on paper. This includes inventorying patient information, structuring and quality assuring information, developing standard texts, and making invitations accessible. Together with the operations, you will develop requirements for templates and create a systematic approach for digital invitations to the 1177 inbox. The project has received government funding from the Efficiency Delegation.
In the second project concerning the region's new website, you will work with target group analyses, needs analysis, and content. You will be part of a cross-functional project team within the area of communication and collaboration.
To succeed, it is important that you are communicative, unpretentious, and enjoy working in teams. Additionally, you need to be able to work at a fast pace, work independently, and navigate in a complex organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
We see that you have an academic degree in behavioral science IT, systems science, media and communication studies, or other equivalent education. You have at least one year of work experience in communication.
We are looking for someone with experience in communication and who is accustomed to focusing on accessibility requirements and plain language. We would also like you to have good knowledge of handling different systems, larger amounts of information, accessibility-adapted design according to WCAG, and plain language work.
You have previous experience working in agile web projects and being a web editor in a larger public organization. It is an advantage if you have also worked with communication within healthcare.
