Our Requirements

You have documented experience in business promotion work and/or experience running your own business.

You have a degree from a university/college or documented competencies such as certificates in business economics or law, business development, project management with a business focus, or behavioral science.

You have experience leading and administering projects with external funding.

You want to contribute to inspiring and strengthening the willingness and ability of small and medium-sized enterprises to become more robust and innovative through individual counseling, workshops, and networking events.

You are attentive and handle information professionally and correctly. You are results-oriented and focus on the needs of the customer.

You have analytical and communicative skills, are solution-focused, enjoy, promote, and develop collaborations, have decisiveness, and are persistent. You are service-oriented and see opportunities.

You will be part of the team at the Development and Labor Market Unit, with close colleagues in the areas of development, immigration and integration, labor market, and Galejan. We apply an integrated working method, a 'collaborative approach' that means we are partly involved in each other's tasks and help each other for a functioning and effective operation.
