Youth 2030 Movement is now looking for 1–3 part-time resource persons who can support our team during periods of high workload, primarily related to administrative tasks, research, and simpler HR and finance tasks.

About the role

As a part-time employee with us, you will be an important administrative and analytical support in our ongoing work to strengthen youth participation and influence, especially in rural areas of northern Sweden. The assignments vary over time and are adapted to both the needs of the organization and your competencies.

Examples of tasks

The tasks may consist of one or more of the following:

• Compilation of workshop and lecture materials
• Transcription of notes and documents
• Simple report writing
• Proofreading texts in Swedish and/or English
• Research for lectures and reports (reading selections from existing reports and summarizing)
• Simple Excel compilations and data structuring
• Simple HR administrative tasks

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good experience with Office 365 and/or Google Workspace
• Has excellent written skills and language sensitivity in Swedish
• Has a good understanding of and can work with texts in English
• Can work independently, in a structured manner, and with good reliability

Meritorious

• Experience working in Excel
• Experience in analysis, reporting, or investigative work
• Studies or background in social sciences, communication, political science, sociology, human resources, statistics, or similar

Scope and conditions

• Part-time employment as needed
• We have a collective agreement with Fremia and offer salary and conditions according to the collective agreement
• Scope: approx. 2–8 hours per week during periods of need
• The work is mainly remote, but we prefer you to be located in Stockholm or Umeå
• Start: immediately
