Welcome with your application!

Who are we

At Skellefteå Kraft, we empower society and life to function. We ensure that preschools are warm and bright at drop-off and that machines in hospitals and factories never stop. As if that weren't enough, we also make the green transition possible – and we do it together. With truly skilled employees who see and support each other, share their knowledge, and want to develop in one of the world's most important jobs.

Do you want to be a part of us?

The Position

As a web analyst with us, you will play a key role in driving a more data-driven and effective marketing effort. You will be responsible for continuously interpreting and evaluating data from digital sales and digital channels, analyzing traffic, identifying patterns and trends, and transforming these into insights that support decision-making. A central part of the role is to work closely with our sales and marketing teams to optimize the digital customer journey and strengthen conversion in our online sales flows. You are also expected to contribute recommendations on how we can develop and optimize our marketing activities to drive both engagement and business results.

Your closest workgroup consists of marketers within the business area, and you will report to the responsible business unit manager. Together, you will create the conditions for making well-informed decisions that strengthen the business.

The role also involves interpreting market developments, monitoring trends, and following the external environment to contribute new perspectives, improve work methods, and create a deeper understanding of customers and the market.

The position is a permanent employment at 100% with placement in Skellefteå. Start date January 1, 2026, or according to agreement.

Interested

To thrive in the role, we see that you are collaborative and engaged, with the ability to share knowledge and build on others' competencies. You plan and structure your work carefully and have a keen eye for detail. At the same time, you master the problem-solving approach, can handle complex contexts, and see the whole picture.

You contribute new ideas, suggest improvements, and actively seek new perspectives to strengthen innovation and development. The fast pace suits you well, and you keep yourself updated in your area of expertise.

About the Recruitment

We work with competency-based recruitment aimed at recognizing each person's skills and thus promoting diversity and counteracting discrimination.

Many positions within the Skellefteå Kraft group are security classified due to the socially critical operations involved in working in the energy sector. When recruiting for such a position, security clearance with a background check is required before the candidate can be hired. The employment may also come with an obligation to be placed in a war situation.
