Your responsibilities

As a corporate market salesperson, you will have a clear focus on sales and relationship building. You will be responsible for both acquiring new customers and further developing existing ones, from small businesses to larger partners. The role is outward-facing and involves many customer meetings, often on-site with clients or in connection with matches and events.

Your main responsibilities include, among others:

  • Actively working on new sales and upselling sponsorship and partnership solutions
  • Managing and developing existing customer relationships through personal and long-term sales
  • Selling digital advertising and exposure solutions for social media, web, and newsletters
  • Contributing ideas for new products, concepts, and business opportunities related to matches, events, and community benefits
  • Participating in home matches and selected events as part of the sales work
  • Working systematically with planning, execution, and follow-up of business deals

You will be part of a smaller, dedicated team and work closely with the commercial manager and other functions within the organization.

Your background/Your qualities

We are looking for someone with sales experience who thrives in a role where relationships, business acumen, and self-drive are crucial for success. You are comfortable reaching out to new customers, picking up the phone, and working purposefully towards set revenue targets.

We prefer that you:

  • Have documented experience in B2B sales and relationship-based selling
  • Are structured, business-minded, and used to planning and following up on your work
  • Have good digital skills, such as experience with CRM systems and the Office suite
  • Thrive with freedom under responsibility and have good self-management and time management skills
  • Have a B driver's license and are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have experience selling digital products or exposure. An interest in sports can be a bonus, but it is far from decisive. With us, you will thrive if you are motivated to create business, build something long-term, and be part of a strong brand in constant development.

The position is a permanent employment that starts with a 6-month probationary period. Working hours are flexible and related to when and where events occur. SHL/SDHL plays matches in the evenings and on weekends, where parts of your working hours will be scheduled. Start date will be as soon as possible by agreement.
